About Us

Abeyta & Associates is a minority and women-owned business located in Seattle, Washington.  DBE certified, Rosa M. Villa, SR/WA (formerly Rosa M. Abeyta) formed Abeyta & Associates in 1992 as a sole proprietor and later formed the limited liability company in 1997. Rosa M. Villa, SR/WA continues today as the managing and designated broker of the company.

Our team's extensive knowledge and experience is demonstrated by our projects with several cities, counties, municipalities and engineering companies.  With many years of real estate experience, we are qualified to provide services in a professional and cost effective manner. As project managers, we have demonstrated our ability to successfully complete large and small projects simultaneously. As your real estate consultant, we will bring a focus on quality, production, and professionalism. We will work diligently and earnestly to deliver construction ready properties; and we are ready to resolve any acquisition or relocation challenges.


We specialize in offering turnkey acquisition and relocation services to agencies and municipalities that need to meet local and federally funded regulatory constraints for their projects. We have extensive knowledge in local, state and federal guidelines and regulations controlling our industry. And, we have many years of experience working on projects with funding sources from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Transit Authority (FTA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Transportation Improvement Board (TIB), and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).

Senior Right-of-Way Agent - Managing & Designated Broker

Rosa M. Villa, SR/WA is the managing and designated broker of Abeyta & Associates, a firm she also owns. She has over 30 years experience in real estate, and over 29 years experience in Right-of-Way acquisitions and relocation projects. As a Senior Right-of-Way Agent, she has extensive experience in all aspects of Right-of-Way acquisitions & relocation services for federally funded projects. She has many years experience in the management of acquisition and relocation projects and has received a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. She has extensive experience in the development and facilitation of acquisition and relocation programs, and has experience in representing agencies in public meetings and Council presentations.  As an expert witness in eminent domain and real estate, Rosa has testified in Superior Court and has assisted clients in condemnation negotiations and mediations.
